- I had the same problem with my modem set to Com4, IRQ3. Seems that
- Win95 has a REAL problem with Com4 where the video card uses an S3
- chipset. So I disabled com2 on the IDE I/O, set the modem to Com2 IRQ3
- and everything works fine. BTW, Com3 didn't work either. You will need
- get into control panel and let the install hardware run again to
- detect the new modem setting.
